What We Do

Our focus is on providing business compliance assistance with Local, State, and Federal Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste regulations.

Businesses are required to follow a wide-ranging set of federal, state, and local regulations for the storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials. We have approximately 1100 regulated businesses in the county.
We also assist local emergency response agencies with reducing the environmental impact of vehicle crashes and other hazardous material spill reponses.

In addition, we respond to complaints involving businesses, construction sites, and some residential settings.
