Opus is an outpatient, substance abuse treatment program offering a full range of treatment services to adult men and women with substance abuse problems and co-occurring disorders. Clients referred to the program complete between 3 to 12 months of treatment, depending on program placement and clinical progress.

Adult (18+) men and women with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders under supervision of the Alachua County Treatment Court programs -The Drug Court Program, Mental Health Court Program, and Veterans Court Program (Veterans that are ineligible for VA benefits), the Work Release Program, and Day Reporting program.

​All potential clients must be screened, evaluated and consent to treatment before beginning the program. The screening appointment may be made directly by the applicant or through the referral source.
