11-16-16 Planning Commission Canceled and 11-17-16 Development Review Committee Items

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Planning Commission scheduled for Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 6 p.m. is canceled.

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. The Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the Jack Durrance Auditorium (room 209) on the second floor of the County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, downtown Gainesville).

Items for the Development Review Committee

W. G. Johnson & Son, Inc. Fairbanks Excavation and Fill Site II – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Preliminary and Final Development Plan for an excavation and fill facility on approximately 104.00 acres located S.E. of Waldo Road and N.E. 67th Terrance. Arredonda Estates Unit 2-A, Lot 23 – This is a Public Hearing to consider a Revised Final Development Plan and Replat to reduce building setback lines to ten feet on all sides on approximately 0.19 acre located at 5027 S.W. 68th Street.
