10-12-16 11 a.m. Hurricane Matthew Update: Solid Waste Yard Waste Collection Update

Solid Waste UpdateALACHUA COUNTY, FL - Yard Waste collection continues today (October 12, 2016). Those neighborhoods normally scheduled for Monday collection should already be complete, except for a few piles requiring a claw truck. Tuesday’s collection route is roughly half-way complete. For those areas which did not receive their normal service on Tuesday, waste should be collected today. As of last night, the below neighborhoods are known to have been missed and are scheduled for today:

Jockey Club, Town of Tioga, Split-Rail, Plantation Grove, Pine Hills, Hickory Ridge, Magnolia Court, Sawbuck, Meadowbrook, Robinlane, Timberway, Savannah Place, Timberlane, Autumn Woods, Hyde Park, Kimberly Woods, Benwood Estates, Heatherwood, Northridge, Summit Oaks, Villages of Santa Fe, Santa Fe Oaks, Brookfield, Weatherly, Buckridge, Richmond, Black Oaks, Misty Oaks, Oak Wood, Hickory Wood, Park Avenue, West Hills, Malibu Farms, Millhopper Road Estates, Windy Hills, Los Trancos Woods, Foxridge, Ivy Park, Charleston, The Grove, Steeplechase Farms, Holly Hills, Belmont, Wyndsong, Wyndsong Manor, Turnberry Lake, Somerset, Canterbury, Wyngate Farms, Saddlebrook Farms, The Villages of West End, Spring Forest, Mill Hammock, Chantilly Acres, The Hammock, Marmaduke Pond, and Westfield Estates.

Large piles requiring a special claw truck will continue to be collected throughout the remainder of the week.
