ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Family and Consumer Sciences Programs for December, 2015. These programs are being offered by Dr. Brenda C. Williams, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, at the UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office (2800 N.E. 39 Avenue, Gainesville).
Holiday Cooking Class – December 1, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Guest Chef Michel Maloiseau will prepare holiday hors d’oeuvres and entrées featuring salmon and other fish.

Food Safety and Quality Program (ServSafe®) – December 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
