Keep Alachua County Beautiful is holding a Tree Giveaway on four consecutive weekends starting Friday, January 20. The giveaway will take place at Harmony Gardens in Greenery Square, 5416 NW 8th Avenue, Gainesville. A total of 1000 trees will be given away to Alachua County residents. The Tree Giveaway dates are January 20-21, January 27-28, February 3-4, and February 10-11. There will be 250 trees given away each weekend and it will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.
