The property is located at the intersection of NW 143rd Street and Newberry Road in Jonesville, and presently contains the Steeplechase Shopping Center as well as the Campus USA Credit Union Building. These parcels have Shopping Center/Commercial and Office/Business Park Land Use Designations. If approved, the combined properties (which will be known as Jonesville Business Park PD) will be developed as a single planned development.
