Alachua County Talks "Community Service Program"

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - A new edition of "Alachua County Talks" featuring an interview with Alachua County Court Services Sentencing Alternative Manager Larry McDaniel, is now airing on Community 12 TV.  The interview features an in depth look at the County's Community Service Program, which matches individuals who are required to do community service work in lieu of paying fines or serving jail time with a work site according to the their skills, location, and criminal history. The interview covers eligibility requirements for those performing community service jobs and instructions and requirements for government and nonprofit groups interested in participating in the program.

Alachua County Talks airs at 7:30 p.m. every night except Thursday, and at 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. every day (all showings may be preempted by special or regular meetings).
