ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The next meeting of the Alachua County Coalition for the Homeless and Hungry (ACCHH) Resource Development Work Group (RDWG) will be Tuesday, January 6th, at 10 a.m. at the Alachua County Housing Authority, 703 NE 1st Street, Gainesville. The agenda will include: basic housekeeping for the work group, a review of Challenge Grant guidelines and procedures, and strategic planning for the upcoming HUD Continuum cycle and the point-in-time survey.
This will be an important meeting, not only in terms of programs currently in place, but regarding future direction for the workgroup and the establishment of formal policies and procedures within it. The meeting will end no later than 11:30 a.m.
The mission of the ACCHH is to reduce homelessness in Alachua County by developing and coordinating community-wide strategies to assist and empower homeless individuals and families.
