ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Extension Office is offering its popular annual canning workshop. Topics covered include pressure canning, boiling water canning, jams and jellies, and pickles. All classes will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the following dates and locations:

The classes are presented by Brenda Williams of the Alachua County Extension Office and Muriel Turner of the Levy County Extension Office.
