Shands AGH Special Meeting Reminder

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - This is a reminder that there will be an Alachua County Commission Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. regarding the impacts of the closing of Shands AGH (Alachua General Hospital).  The meeting will be held at the Jack Durrance Auditorium, Room 209 of the County Administration Building (12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville).

The following items are on the agenda:

1.     Impacts of Closing and Recommendations from:

a.     Poverty Reduction Advisory Board (PRAB)

b.     Alachua County Health Care Advisory Board (HCAB)

c.      CHOICES Advisory Board  

d.     Alachua County Health Department

e.     Alachua County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council

2.     Commission General and Informal Discussion

3.     Citizen Comments
