ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - A public workshop to review the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) draft report will be conducted on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Grace Knight Conference Room on the second floor of the County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st St. Gainesville. The report provides an explanation and analysis of TDR programs in general, as well as additional analysis of some specific program alternatives for Alachua County.

Following circulation of this report and input from interested parties, the staff will make revisions and form a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners including the necessary steps for implementation should the Commission move forward with a TDR program.
