SW 75th/Brytan Development Meeting

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners will be held on December 4, 2007 at 5:00 p.m..  The meeting will be held in Room 209 of the County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville, FL.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss options relating to the alignment of SW 75th Street within the Brytan Development south of Archer Road.

On September 11, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners heard a staff presentation on the realigning of SW 75th Street south of Archer through the Brytan development.  After hearing the presentation and comments from citizens the Commission directed staff to look at options to restore traffic flow to a condition similar to the previous configuration.  Staff will be presenting several options that were developed after meetings with citizens and the developer.  The presentation will cover the aspects of costs and other potential impacts.
