ZOM-11-13 (rezoning) is a request to rezone from A(Agriculture) district to R-1C (Single Family Residential) district in a Low Density Residential land use designation (1-4 dwelling units per acre) on approximately 5.12 acres located immediately south of 5505 SW Archer Road on Tax Parcel Number 06946-000-000. ZOM-09-13 (rezoning) is a request to rezone from R-1a (Single Family, Low Density) district and A (Agriculture) district to a Planned Development (PD) district to allow a place of religious assembly (First Assembly of God) including a sanctuary and accessory buildings as well as a caretaker residence. The property has Low Density Residential (1-4 dwelling units per acre) and Rural/Agriculture (1 dwelling unit per 5 acres) land use designations and is approximately 50.41 acres located at 11500 NW 39th Avenue on Tax Parcel Numbers 04193-004-001 and 04193-004-010. If approved, the PD would ultimately encompass approximately 250,000 square feet of development including buildings for education, assembly, offices as well as a gymnasium. ZOS-04-13 (Special Use Permit) is a request by for a special use permit to allow a 170 foot unipole cellular tower to be constructed in an RE-1 (Residential Estate - 1) zoning district with a Low Density Residential (1-4 dwelling units per acre) land use designation on approximately 16.35 acres located at 8105 NW 23rd Avenue, which is the United Pentecostal Church site. A unipole is a cell tower designed to resemble a large flag pole where all of the antenna are internal to the pole.
