April Livestock Program

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Cooperative Extension Office is pleased to offer the following Livestock Program for April, 2013. This program is offered by Cindy Sanders, Livestock Agent, at the Extension Office (2800 NE 39 Avenue, Gainesville).

Small Ruminant Workshop – April 18, 6 p.m.

Sheep and goat producers will have the opportunity to see first-hand the basics of small ruminant management.  Workshop topics include: nutrition, breeds, forages, and toxic plants.

There is no cost to attend this class.  Register by April 16, by calling 352-337-6209 (voicemail).  Refreshments will be provided.
