Planning Commission ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - In order to keep the public well informed on important zoning, land-use and development review issues, Alachua County is augmenting its process of advertising these issues. In addition to legally required efforts, the County will begin sending press releases as well as posting on Facebook, Twitter, the County Website, the County newsletter, and on local government access channel 12.

Items for the January, 17 2013 1:30 p.m. Development Review Committee (room 209 of the County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street downtown Gainesville)

Entrance Roadway (SW 45th Street) and associated Infrastructure – Celebration Point Transit Oriented Development (TOD), The Reserve at Kanapaha Phase I, and Oak Park Baptist Church – A public hearing to consider a Final and Revised Final Development Plan to allow construction of the entrance roadway and associated infrastructure on a portion of 225.59 acres at 4526 SW 45th Street.  Please contact the Alachua County Growth Management Department at 374-5249 or Christine Berish at cberish@alachuacounty.us for further information.

Seminole Woods Hunt Club – A public hearing to consider a Minor Plan to allow a private membership hunting camp including 25 RV spaces on approximately 6.8 acres on NE 156th Avenue East of CR 231. Estates of Wilds Plantation - A public hearing to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for a 99 lot subdivision and associated infrastructure on 76.15 acres in the 10000 block of SW 24th Avenue. All in One Fuels at Phoenix Commercial Park – A public hearing to consider a Revised Final Development Plan for the construction of a compressed natural gas (CNG) fleet fueling facility and a 2,400 sf office building on approximately 61.92 acres at 12801 NW US Highway 441.
