ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – Alachua County is requesting proposals through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the design, construction, renovation, modification or upgrade to an existing building to satisfy space needs for the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) and possibly administrative space for additional county offices. Proposals are due to the Alachua County Purchasing Department on the third floor of the County Administration Building (12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville) by 2 p.m., on Wednesday, January 9, 2013.
The building should be approximately 40,000 Square Feet and located approximately within a 5 mile radius from the Alachua County Administration Building located at 12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville, Florida 32601.
