ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - Alachua County Facilities Management Division will conduct an Open House on Monday October 29, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at their new Facilities Services Office (County-owned). The new location is 915 SE 5th Street, Gainesville. The open house is free and open to the public.
This move will result in the centralization of administration, grounds, energy reduction and water conversation, in-door air quality, programming and budgeting, janitorial services, lease management, building maintenance, space planning, capital and construction functions all into one location. This move will yield a reduction in lease space in the Star Garage while enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of County facilities.
