ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Department of Growth Management is now accepting applications for 2 year extensions to approved development orders. Development Plans with an expiration date from January 1, 2012 through January 1, 2014 are eligible for this extension.
This extension is in addition to any existing permit extension, but the total extensions granted pursuant to law cannot exceed 4 years in total. The holder of a valid permit must notify the Department of Growth Management in writing by December 31, 2011.
