ALACHUA COUNTY - After reviewing Alachua County's current wildland fire conditions and the area weather forecast, the mandatory countywide burn ban has been lifted, as of June 28, 2011. The burn ban was formally terminated by a majority of the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners.
