Upcoming Environmentally Friendly Landscape Program

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - The Alachua County Extension Office is pleased to offer the following Environmentally Friendly Landscape Program. This program is held at the Extension Office (2800 NE 39th Avenue, Gainesville).

  • Vegetable Gardening Basics -  March 3, 2010  from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Topics to be covered include choosing the right vegetable varieties and plant times for vegetable garden success. Attendees will also learn site planning, maintenance and harvesting tips.
