ALACHUA COUNTY, FL - Gainesville, Alachua County, FL has made the 20 Best Places to Retire list published annually by Black Enterprise Magazine, which recently released the information below:
 
"Black Enterprise Magazine would like to congratulate you and your city for being selected as one of the 20 Best Places to Retire. Our October 2008 issue is our Annual Retirement Guide and will feature the 20 Best Places to Retire. ... You can find the article on pages 110-118. ... The issue will hit newsstands on Tuesday September 23, 2008. Thank you and congratulations!"
