Health Care Facilities Inspection Reports on Web Site

THIS RELEASE IS FORWARDED FROM THE STATE'S FLORIDA AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION

 TALLAHASSEE, FL - As part of on-going efforts to promote transparency in health care, the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) has included healthcare facilities and providers inspection reports on our Web site.

The site includes regular inspections and complaint inspection reports for health care facilities and providers regulated by the Agency.  These inspection reports reflect regulatory violations found during an Agency inspection.

Since this information is now posted on the Agency's web site, the Agency will no longer forward hard copies of Nursing home, Assisted Living Facility, Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled, Crisis Stabilization Unit and Residential Treatment Facility inspection reports.  The inspection reports will be available online for review.  To access these documents, please visit:  http://ahcaxnet.fdhc.state.fl.us/dm_web.
