GRACE Marketplace Highlighted on Alachua County Talks

ALACHUA COUNTY, FL – A new edition of Alachua County Talks, featuring an interview with GRACE Marketplace One Stop Homelessness Center Director of Operations Jon DeCarmine, premieres Wednesday July 30, 2014 on Community 12 TV at 7:30 p.m. The newly-opened GRACE Marketplace (located at 2845 NE 39th Avenue, Gainesville) provides an outdoor shelter pavilion, showers, storage, meals and supportive services, including mental health and substance abuse services for area homeless and those in danger of becoming homeless.

In speaking of the program Alachua County Talks host Mark Sexton said, “GRACE Marketplace provides much needed services for those most in need in our community in a safe, caring and compassionate environment.”

The latest editions of Alachua County Talks air at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. every night except Thursday, and at 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. every day. Special or regular County Commission and Gainesville City Commission meetings may preempt any showing.
