  • CHOICES, championed and led the charge on behalf of the Alachua County Commission for the second sales tax in the State of Florida to provide Health care for the working uninsured, August 2004. Total collected to date, 27 million, anticipate 70 million at the end of the collection period in 2011.

  • Turner Foundation, Atlanta, Ga. - $39,400 awarded to Community Partners, 1998
