Mission Statement

To secure for employees and citizens of Alachua County freedom from discrimination and equity under the law in employment, housing and public accommodations.

Our division provides the following services:

  • counseling and technical assistance
  • complaint investigation and resolution through conciliation, mediation or administrative determination
  • public awareness and education
  • training in the area of human rights
